Low Thyroid Levels And The Mission To Disclose The Truth

The big question? Do you want the answer to why you feel so bad and still no answers? I have lost my health and regained it. When you are down, you know you are worth nothing and have nothing. How do you calculate the loss of all your hard work? The material you own means nothing. You don’t think of anything that does not lead to getting better. The future ? Forget it.

My invitation is to survey you loss of pep and excitement for life. The sluggish brain fog that never tests on a lab screen. The many nights of insomnia. The bowel sluggishness. The inability to conceive or feel sexy. The joint pains and back aches that go away when the underlying snake is found. (a lot of it is thyroid, a 50million plus epidemic) The years of wandering and then finally abbreviating your symptoms when you see your doctors eyes go blank “hypochondriac”… Start fixing these people and you grow in love for your success. Your practice becomes a cause.

There is a small percentage of Doctors who have escaped the anemic care of the Testing for low thyroid levels with the blood test. Much more is needed. That is the main thrust of what I am saying.

This is the day where patients are arming themselves with facts and reading the internet. They are bringing important matters to their doctors. They should in the case of low thyroid. I can’t imagine the anemic information that passes for thyroid evaluation. Read my Blogs and take a look at all of my videos. You will suffer and flounder till you get to the bottom of your problem. I have sent patients to health food stores in areas that I don’t know a doctor that majors in thyroid diseases. The local health Food stores usually know of some one.

If they defend it, don’t go there.

If there is such a person that has more than over a hundred different symptoms, I look forward to the day that the kind of change we need to even evaluate such a complexity is existent. Until that day I will continue to help treat it from my own experiences and out of the box thinking.

Stay away form the synthetic thyroid if you can get natural animal base thyroid. Much the life I have improved by the replacement of synthetic thyroids. You know…. it’s like talking to an old fisherman before you go fishing.

Breast cancer is one of the most typical types of cancer affecting women worldwide. Statistics say that in the USA, for example, one in every five women will acquire breast cancer during her lifetime. The ailment usually begins to develop at 50 years and over. On the other hand, Breast cancer shows high cure rates and total survival rates when recognized early.

For that reason, many countries are now completing mammography screening programs, as well as other means for example breast self-examination and clinical examination, to aid women in eliminating the illness.

Mammography is one of the analysis imaging techniques that utilizes small dose of radiation brought to the breast to create images of the breast growth that can explain if there’s a cancer or not. Mammography was the main technique utilized in breast cancer screening programs where women, in the majority of the programs; undergo one mammography scan each 2 yrs for women aged fifty to seventy five years.

On the other hand, since one of several drawbacks of the mammography screening is that it provides a variety of false positive & false negative results; studies are recently happening to find out another medical imaging way to continue with the breast cancer screening programs. For example, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the suggested ways to substitute mammography. Breast MRI provides better detailed images that will aid doctors in detecting cancer in their patients. Breast MRI has overcome an important problem that causes the false negative and positive leads to mammography. Breast MRI can certainly differentiate between a standard healthy but dense breast growth and cancerous tissues.

Yet, there are lots of obstacles that hinder the use of breast MRI; the primary issue is that MRI expense is much higher than mammography. Also MRI isn’t to use on patients using pacemakers as the magnetic force generated through the process could interact with the pacemaker leading to serious issue. Perhaps with the continuous studies, researchers could provide communities with a new and better method to fight this killer disease.

After 10 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome — Anne Recovered!

by Russell Stubbs

Anne was a Norwegian mother of two who was thirty nine years old. She suffered a virus in 1999 and never completely recovered. Initially Anne was diagnosed with post viral syndrome (PVFS). Over time this developed into M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), sometimes known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She developed a sensitivity to sound and light. She also suffered with extreme fatigue, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and Insomnia.

The years drifted by in a haze due to the brain fog she was suffering. Anne was tested for most other health conditions by the doctor, all results came back negative. She tried CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), graded exercise and pacing. Nothing improved her condition or gave her any relief. Anne looked into alternative approaches and tried acupuncture, homeopathy, osteopathy, herbalism amongst others. She got some short term improvement but nothing lasted.

Anne was was diagnosed with fibromyalgia as she was now suffering a lot of physical pain. She was offered painkillers and anti-depressants. After nine years of the illness, Anne heard of an ME sufferer from Norway who had traveled to the U.K. to take part in a training programme called the Phil Parker Lightning Process. She read more stories on the Internet of ME/CFS sufferers who were now completely healthy. After taking part in this training they had rapidly turned their health around. This was why it was named — The Lightning Process.

Anne thought that these people could not have been suffering in the same way she was. Most of her bodily systems were affected and the illness was so physical - how could this be cured by a training programme? In the Norwegian papers, more recovery stories appeared throughout the year. Anne decided that she had to try The Lightning Process. She discovered that certain U.K. practitioners were running Lightning Process courses in Norway. Anne contacted me six weeks before the ME/CFS recovery course in Oslo.

I informed Anne that in the recovery course, I included a number of other valuable techniques along with the Lightning Process. Anne started straight away with some of the self-help resources from my website. These are all easy ways in which to start to re-train the nervous system. Anne also downloaded the free relaxation mp3 produced for ME/CFS sufferers.

The self-help included self-applied acu-pressure or tapping techniques along with focused breathing practices. By using these simple techniques, Anne was able to reduce the intensity of her symptoms and increase her energy levels. The guided relaxation assisted her to deeply relax which helped with her sleep. Although these alone weren’t likely to be an ME/CFS cure, Anne felt hopeful as she learnt to improve her condition, when for so long she had felt helpless.

Anne learnt The Lightning Process and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) when she took part in the Optimum Energy Training Course. The training was on three consecutive days, with four hours of training each day. She felt a significant change on day one, as the brain fog that she was experiencing had finally gone. There was work to be done and it wasn’t all easy for her, but Anne persisted, She practiced with all that she had learned. She had made huge changes by the end of the third day and she knew that she had the tools and know-how to get 100% better.

I followed up Anne after the course with some coaching over the telephone. Anne was doing really well, her symptoms were fading and energy increasing as each day passed. She continued to work on her stamina and fitness for the next month until she was completely well. Anne’s story might sound too good to be true, but this kind of transformation is what we regularly see with people using this approach. This strategy isn’t necessarily right for all. You need to be ready and prepared to commit to the necessary short-term work. For people who are, the results of applying the training, as they were for Anne, can be quite remarkable.
