Although Chinese medicine has been administering herbal remedies for thousands of years it is only today that the western culture is now becoming more and more aware of the benefits of these herbal products. Many of these herbal products are so popular that Oprah Winfrey has even endorsed the herb know as green tea. Green tea concentrate is known for its many health and fat burning benefits so this is good news for all that seek to be healthier while loosing a few pounds.

Green tea concentrate has all of the benefits of the most popular green tea beverage, which is consumed all around the world, but is now available in a convenient pill and concentrated liquid. Green Tea has been known as a healing tea. It can also help you feel energized and more importantly it can help you burn fat. Concentrated green tea extract when added to any diet plan can help you achieve the fat reduction results you want more quickly.

Since ephedra has been taken off the market, many have been searching for a supplement that could aid and assist them to get the fat burning process going. Some people did see good results with ephedra but do to there being many substitutes being marketed as ephedra it has been take off the market, probably for good. Remember the purpose of taking any kind of supplement is to maintain a healthy lifestyle so it would not be smart to take a product which has been taken off the market for being unsafe even if you can obtain it through other means.

One of the obvious benefits that ephedra offered was the increase in energy. Also the thermogenic properties of the product offered great results for burning fat. And although it acted as a stimulant you were still able to get a great night sleep.

When we look at the benefits of green tea extract we can see that it is safe and it is just as effective as ephedra products It does provide you with the added energy without the gitters that ephedra could sometimes cause. Green tea concentrate also will assist in burning fat. Plus the added anti oxidant benefits of being high in polyphenols. Green tea extract has been shown to be 40 times stronger when compared to the anti-oxidant vitamin E. Therefore green tea extract offers all the benefits of ephedra and more. I would highly recommend the green tea extract to anyone because of the overall health benefit it provides.

Are you concerned about the amount of toxic chemicals that must be in your decaf instant coffee? If you are quite concerned about your health, you should switch to organic instant coffee right this minute. Studies show that organic instant coffee is generally healthier compared to the traditional instant coffee sold in the supermarket. What is more interesting about organic instant coffee is that it tastes a lot better than the more traditional instant coffee. This means that you get healthier and tastier brew if you switch to organic instant coffee.

What Makes Organic Instant Coffee Healthy?

Organic instant coffee
is produced without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Instead of using chemicals, producers of organic coffee use a lot of compost and organic fertilizer in their farm. When it comes to product processing, producers of organic coffee use natural methods of making instant coffee. This means that they do not add artificial flavors and preservatives into their products. In fact, organic instant coffee that bears the sign of the United States Department of Agriculture organic seal are made up of at least 95% organic substances so you can be sure that there is zero to very minimal traces of harmful chemicals in your brew.

Using organic instance coffee is not just excellent for your health; it is also good for the environment. By buying organic coffee, you encourage coffee makers to produce more organic coffee. In effect, you help reduce the amount of harmful chemical fertilizer and pesticides in the environment. In other words, by enjoying healthy brew at home, you also help save Mother Earth.

Why Does Organic Coffee Cost A Lot More Than Traditionally Produced Coffee?

Organic instant coffee may cost a bit more than traditional produced coffee because there are harder to produce. Normally, farms that rely on organic farming methods alone produce lesser amount of harvest compared to those farms that are using chemical fertilizer and pesticides. Why? Chemical fertilizer often contains growth hormones that can almost double the rate of growth of plants. Without the use of chemical fertilizer, farmers cannot get their plants to grow faster and yield more harvest. In other words, it takes longer time to raise organic crops. On the other hand, without the use of chemical pesticides, it would be more difficult for farmers to ward off major crop infestations so there is a bigger possibility of farm losses due to infestations. Given all these factors, most organic farmers prefer to sell their products at higher prices to offset whatever losses they incurred during the production of their crops.

People around the world love coffee, whether it is the thick Turkish kind, espresso or light and frothy cappuccino. Purists will argue that it is totally unacceptable to drink just any type of coffee and that it must be made from freshly ground beans. Others simply are happy to lay their hands on a good cup of coffee they can get from the nearest coffee machine. Modern coffee machines are a far cry from the basic coffee pot or coffee percolator that our parents and grand parents used. In past a pot was put on an open flame burner with a cloth bag inside holding the ground coffee beans to make coffee.

For most people today a coffee machine is either a divine machine they have at home on a counter top or on an office desk that produces coffee basically on demand. Today the coffee machine that is used most is the mechanical drip coffee maker that can be placed on a desk or counter. This type of coffee machine usually has a glass carafe and a heated plate underneath the glass jug to keep the coffee warm.

The coffee machine has a water tank that is filled and once switched on the water flows through the basket that contains the filter holding the coffee grounds. The reason for its popularity is that the mechanical drip coffee machine is very easy to operate and you have fresh, hot coffee within minutes.

Coffee Makers To Suit All Needs

There are few places today where there is not a handy coffee maker to be found. They come in all sizes from the home coffee machine to large machines that are suitable for offices. Then you also get the industrial size coffee machine for canteens and coffee shops. Those who love espresso is not forgotten either. There is no need to go to a coffee shop if you want an espresso.

There are many different types of espresso coffee machines on the market that cater to home usage. Preference to brand changes from person to person. Some will swear that only the top brands are good enough, but good machines do not have to cost a fortune. Getting hold of a good and reliable coffee machine is as far away as the nearest store or computer. There are few homes, businesses and offices that do not have a good and much used coffee machine. Everyone is extremely grateful for that on especially cold mornings.

History Of Instant Coffee

Many Americans believe that instant coffee was invented in the United States. Unfortunately, the Americans did not invent instant coffee. The first instant brew was made in Chicago but the person who discovered it was Japanese. Mr. Satori Kato was working as a scientist in Chicago when he first discovered how to make coffee back in 1901. Actually, like most important discoveries of our time, Mr. Kato found the process of making powdered coffee by accident.

After discovering the process of making instant coffee, Mr. Kato tried to find ways to introduce instant coffee to the public. He later showed off his powdered coffee during the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, New York. Although there were a lot of people who expressed interest in the discovery of Mr. Kato, instant coffee did not become an instant hit. A lot of people liked to brew their coffee at that time.

Shortly after the initial discovery of instant coffee by Mr. Kato, Mr. George Constant Louis Washington created his own method of making powdered coffee. Unlike Mr. Kato who was more concerned about the scientific aspect of his find, Mr. Washington was more interested in the commercial value of his powdered coffee. Instead of merely presenting his discovery to the public, he set out to produce his instant coffee commercially. In 1938, the brand Nescafe was on the market. By this time, more people were interested to buy the powdered coffee. The United States and many parts of the world were just recovering from the Great Depression at this time and since instant coffee cost less than the normal brewed coffee, to the instant brew. In fact, during World War II, the instant brew became so popular that Nescafe became a household name around the globe.
